This Privacy Policy is issued by 365 Days of Grateful as trustee for the Benjamin Edward Trust trading as ADHD Village, ABN 50 139 598 004 (referred to in this policy as 'ADHD Village', 'we', 'us', or 'our').

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We are also bound by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) in relation to electronic marketing communications.

By using our website, booking a call, joining our email list, or purchasing any program or product from us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

ADHD Village is an ADHD business coaching service based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We provide 1:1 coaching, group programs, and digital products for women in business with ADHD.

Note: If you book a call with us, you may be added to our email marketing list. We are reviewing our booking process to ensure explicit consent is captured at the point of booking in compliance with the Spam Act 2003. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails, please use the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us.

4.2 What we send

Our email marketing communications include newsletters, information about our programs and offers, ADHD business coaching content, and updates about ADHD Village events and products.

We currently segment our email list based on how you found us. In the future we may also segment based on your interests and engagement with our content, to ensure we send you the most relevant information.

4.3 Unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time. Once you unsubscribe, we will remove you from our marketing list promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails relating to a program or product you have purchased.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

5.1 Third party platforms

We use the following third-party platforms to operate our business. Your personal information may be processed or stored by these platforms as part of delivering our services:

Each of these platforms operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We encourage you to review their policies if you have concerns about how they handle your data.

5.2 Contractors

We engage contractors who may have access to your personal information as part of supporting our business operations. Any contractor with access to personal information is bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use that information to perform services for ADHD Village.

Currently, our virtual assistant has access to our CRM system (GHL) for administrative purposes only.

5.3 When we are required by law

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or in response to a valid legal request from a government authority or court.

5.4 We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your personal information is stored in GoHighLevel (GHL), which uses industry-standard security measures including encryption and access controls.

Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our own systems.

Call transcripts generated through AI transcription are stored within our business systems. Access is limited to authorised personnel only.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.1 Access and correction

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request that we correct any information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
